Music Ministry
First Lutheran is an extremely gifted congregation when it comes to music. We are blessed to have Chad Winterfeldt as our Director of Music and organist who leads and directs several musical groups at FLC. Below you will find descriptions of those groups. We hope you will find one that you would consider joining. New members are always welcome!As of Fall 2011, Chad will be working with young people in grades 5-6 who are interested in music on Wednesdays at 5:15 p.m. in the sanctuary; and youth in grades 7 and up at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Carillon Handbells meet for rehearsal on Wednesday nights at 7:15 p.m. in the sanctuary. They play for worship services on a regular basis.
The Sanctuary Choir, directed by Greg Aune, meets for rehearsal most Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. When singing at the 8:30 a.m. worship service, they meet at 7:45 a.m.
